Speech recognition
My voice is not very clear. This causes a problem with speech recognition software.
I also use the dutch version of the speech recognition software, which is not as
good as the english version.
Lernout & Hauspie Voice Xpress Advanced 2.5
This version worked reasonably. But correcting the many mistakes
took more time than just typing. This program no longer exists.
Philips FreeSpeech 2000
This worked less than the "Voice Xpress". So for me it was not really usable. This program no longer exists.
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 3.6
This version didn't accept my voice. I never once managed to get it working.
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 8
This version accepts half the time my voice.
If my voice is accepted, and I put a lot of effort in training the software,
then the result is still very poor.
It is almost impossible for me to let it recognize one good sentence.
