For years I've been struggling with my monitor.
I had it at the right height, but sometimes I wanted the screen closer to me,
or change the height a little.
Eventually I bought a monitor arm. I selected one, that was able to change the distance to the screen,
and independently of that was able to alter the height.
In 2010 I paid 114 euros for this monitor arm.
That is almost as expensive as my monitor, but it was well worth it.
It reduced my neck problems, because I can set my screen always to the best position.
